Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience, assist with cashier tasks, and keep the store well stocked and clean. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Flexibility is required to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A passion for beauty and strong customer service skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests to determine their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Conduct cashier tasks and handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
