Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with product recommendations, makeup applications, and in-store events. You will greet guests, perform cashier tasks, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain store cleanliness while supporting leadership goals.

The role requires passion for beauty and strong guest service, with the ability to learn product knowledge quickly. Flexibility to work a schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience by greeting and assisting each guest and recommending products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Handle cashier tasks and assist with online orders as needed.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenish stock, fixtures, and testers, following company standards.
