Role Description

As a skilled makeup artist, you will combine your creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. You will work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.

Qualifications

• Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; amateurs with high creative and technical skills are welcome.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proof of right to work in the country if invited for an interview.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range is $16.33 to $27.21 per hour, depending on experience, skills, education, and location. The position offers a competitive bonus program, share incentive plan, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, paid leave, and more.
