Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Beauty Advisor to cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement. You will service in-store and digitally using the latest tech, acting as a trusted style confidante for clients.

You will report to the Sales Manager and contribute to achieving personal sales, client conversions, and wardrobe-driven goals in a fast-paced luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience selling with digital tools.
• Strong fashion styling knowledge.
• Experience with commission-based sales.
• Flexible work schedule required.

You Will Be

As a Beauty Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. A Beauty Advisor will service clients who come into our store and digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling. A Beauty Advisor can speak about fashion and trends with authority—both in person and digitally. This job is onsite at the specified location and will report to the Sales Manager.

• Experienced with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience
• Commission sales experience
• High School Diploma / equivalency required
