Role Overview

As a highly skilled freelance sales associate, you will provide make-up application, skincare advice, hair, or fragrance consultations. You will work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events and ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates are dynamic self-starters seeking career growth in prestige beauty. Certification in makeup artistry and/or retail makeup experience is desirable, but beginners with high creative and technical skills are welcome. Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultations is highly valued, with opportunities to develop in these areas.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred, but amateur-level applicants with demonstrated skills are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
