What This Position is All About
The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for interacting with clients and providing an elevated client experience. This individual has a strong desire to sell and uses their working knowledge of the beauty business as well as the many services and tools offered to obtain and grow their business. The Beauty Advisor utilizes this knowledge to provide clients with personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience and reach set goals.

You Also Have :
- Minimum 1 year retail experience within the Beauty industry.
- Proven success in sales, achieving or exceeding goals.
- Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software, and comfort using social media and technology.
As The Beauty Advisor, You Will :
- Focus on achieving and exceeding individual cosmetic sales goals, event sales goals, and daily & monthly departmental sales targets.
- Provide a dynamic service presence at each location.
- Ask appropriate questions to identify client needs and provide guidance or directions effectively.
- Actively participate on social media platforms like Instagram to grow your personal brand and business.
- Demonstrate professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
- Maintain a high level of service by building and maintaining excellent client relationships as a brand expert and department representative.
- Cross-sell beyond one product line to increase results and enhance the client's shopping basket.
- Be knowledgeable about all in-store services and proactively suggest relevant services to personalize and improve the shopping experience.
- Maintain a positive image as a liaison between the company and Account Executives.
- Use online clienteling tools to record and maintain client information and preferences, driving your business.
- Focus on providing an exceptional client experience from initial approach to sale closure and follow-up.
- Keep the counter standards high by ensuring a clean, tidy, and welcoming space.
- Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

Salary and Other Compensation :
The starting hourly rate for this position ranges from [$19.26-25.68], depending on market, skills, experience, and qualifications.
This position is eligible for commissions according to the company's plan.
