Dufry Careers at the Chicago O'Hare International Airport — Duty Free is seeking a Beauty Advisor to inspire customers through a complete shopping experience and strong product knowledge of beauty products. You will engage guests with enthusiasm, provide expert guidance, and ensure a premium service standard.

This role requires open availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays, with a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Impeccable customer service skills.
• Previous experience working within the Beauty and Fragrance field.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on the use of fragrances and products.
• Provide timely, welcoming, personal, professional, and consistent service to all customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management.
• Enforce and maintain the highest visual standards, including displays and promotional items.
• Replenish merchandise and stock on shelves.
• Comply with store, state, and federal regulations.

Advertised Compensation: $22.25 an hour + commission
