Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is hiring for the position of Beautiful Summer Camp Staff in Corinth, New York.

Camp staff provide exceptional customer service to facilitate memorable guest and resident experiences, resolving conflicts and addressing questions promptly. Your role includes acting as a property liaison, managing front desk tasks, coordinating activities, and maintaining safety and clean grounds across the park.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services is helpful.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act as a property liaison and assist Residents & Guests with information about the park and surrounding areas while delivering superior customer service.
• Assist with front desk duties: check-in/check-out, process payments, answer inquiries, and run the Country Store with inventory and cash handling.
• Support maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors; operate tools safely and help keep pools, spa, and grounds clean and safe.
• Serve as a Ranger to uphold park rules and guidelines, manage late check-ins, sell firewood/ice, and act as overnight emergency contact.
• Collaborate with teammates and management to ensure the best guest experience and perform other duties as assigned.

ELS is hiring for the position of BEAUTIFUL SUMMER CAMP STAFF in Corinth, New York.

Our Summer Camp Staff members provide exceptional customer service to facilitate excellent and memorable guestand residentexperiences.They prioritizecustomersatisfaction, address conflicts, and solve problems promptly.

Your job may include for All Roles:

• Always acting as a propertyliaison and assisting all Residents & Guestswith information about the park and surrounding areas while providing superior customer service.
• As the Activities Assistant: Execute our activity and recreation programing, as well as help at the front desk for all guests of the park. Help create and run activities for all ages of guests, maintain good relationships with entertainment vendors.
• At the Front Desk: Assist with check-in and check-out of guests from the campground. Process payments and deposits. Answer phones and all guest inquiries in a timely manner. Run the Country Store by maintaining proper stocking of inventory and cashing out of guest purchases.
• As Maintenance: Ensure all guest and team member requests for fixes or maintenance needs are followed up on and fixed or delegated to a proper vendor. Work safely with power tools and small machines. Stay self-motivated and on task for small projects. Maintain the pool and spa under direction of the Certified Pool Operator on staff. Keep grounds clean and safe.
• As a Ranger: Maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere by being a presence in the park that upholds all park rules and guidelines. Facilitate late check-in, sell firewood and ice with a cash bank, and act as the overnight emergency contact for the park.
• Overall, always partner with other team members and management to ensure the best possible guest experience. As well as perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Estimated Compensation for Seasonal Positions is $16/hr - $18/hr.

The pay range listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. An offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
