Intersect Healthcare of Lamont is seeking a Beautician to provide cosmetology services to facility residents. The role involves hair washing, cutting, styling, and coloring to help residents look and feel their best.

Graduate of a cosmetology program and Michigan license are required, along with liability insurance. One year of experience is preferred; you will work directly with resident clients in a care-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of Cosmetology.
• Licensed Cosmetologist in the State of Michigan.
• Liability Insurance Required.

Responsibilities

• Washes, cuts, and styles hair.
• Applies color and highlights to hair.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
• Complies with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and applicable laws and standards.

Essential Functions

• Washes, cuts, and styles hair.
• Applies color and highlights to hair.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
• Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization.
• Skilled in the use hair coloring.
