Job summary

Greencroft Goshen is seeking a warm, dependable Beautician to provide salon services for our residents. This role is about more than hair care—it’s an opportunity to help residents feel confident, cared for, and connected while building meaningful relationships.

The Beautician will perform haircuts, styling, perms, and other salon services for men and women, manage daily operations, receipts, supplies, and ensure a clean, compliant salon environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum beauty shop experience required; five or more years preferred.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Up-to-date haircutting, styling, and perming skills.
• Warm, respectful communication and listening skills.
• Ability to process sales, collect payments, and maintain inventory.
• Desire to serve older adults with kindness, patience, and dignity.

As our Beautician, you will:

• Provide haircuts, styling, perms, and other salon services for both men and women.
• Create a welcoming, comfortable experience by listening and responding to each resident’s needs.
• Manage the beauty shop’s daily operations, appointments, service records, payments, supplies, and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized salon that follows all state and federal requirements.

What You Bring

• Previous beauty shop experience required; five or more years preferred.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Up-to-date hair-cutting, styling, and perming skills.
• Warm, respectful communication and strong listening skills.
