Optigy Group in Port Arthur, TX is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join a value-based care model focused on preventive care for adults 65+. The role emphasizes longer visits and meaningful patient relationships.

Base salary $235k-$270k with a $40k-$60k sign-on, 20% annual bonus, full benefits from day 1, malpractice coverage, relocation assistance for moves over 50 miles, and early sign-on opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Care for adults 65+ with a focus on preventive and value-based care.
• Maintain 12–15 patients per day; 20–40 minute visits.
• Work within an integrated care team including NPs/PAs, medical assistants, social workers, and pharmacists.

Position Overview

We welcome physicians with Value-Based Care (VBC) experience as well as those eager to learn.

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Salary: $235,000-$270,000 (commensurate with experience & location)
• Commencement Bonus: $40,000-$60,000+ (varies by clinic)
• Annual Performance Bonus: 20% of base salary
• Full Benefits on Day 1

• Relocation Assistance: Available for moves >50 miles

• Total 1st Year Compensation: $300K+ (higher with experience & performance)
