Job description

Embark on a rewarding journey with our team as a Server, where your role is pivotal in crafting extraordinary dining experiences. As a part of our team, you'll be at the heart of catering to the business, our esteemed guests, and maintaining harmony amongst the team.

1. Facilitate the guest dining experience by taking orders, anticipating needs, and delivering all items efficiently.
2. Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and meals, providing heartfelt and high-quality service.
3. Adhere to Auberge Resorts Collection standards and make thoughtful suggestions for upselling menu items.
4. Accurately take and input orders into the POS system, handle billing, and process payments.
5. Operate, maintain, and clean restaurant equipment and fittings.
6. Keep the restaurant tidy, organized, and follow safe food handling procedures.
7. Hourly Rate: $16.50

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of food and wine; experience at a luxury property is preferred.
• Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Professional appearance and manner, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Ability to obtain relevant certifications, such as food handler's or alcohol training, as applicable.
