Job summary

Ridley’s Family Markets in Colorado is hiring a store team member to support the bakery and grocery departments. You will greet guests, assist with product questions, and maintain clean, well-stocked displays.

You will price, label, wrap and date products, help merchandise displays, and ensure accuracy to maximize sales and minimize losses. Prior retail experience is a plus; training will be provided. Join a friendly team committed to guest satisfaction and high store standards.

• Maintain attractive displays to maximize sales and minimize losses.
• Know bakery items, descriptions and ingredients to answer guest questions.

• Maintains attractive and appealing cases and displays for increased sales. Maintains product quality and cost control to maximize sales and profits and minimize losses.
• Possesses knowledge of bakery items, descriptions and ingredients so as to better serve our guests and answer any questions that might arise.
