Job summary

ADM is seeking an hourly employee to assist with the receiving, processing and shipping of dry edible beans. During harvest, you will dump trucks and take samples, and when processing, help load finish product into rail cars, bulk trucks, totes or bags, while collecting and recording samples per plant requirements.

You will conduct inspections, follow safety policies, perform housekeeping duties, and collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operation and quality adherence across

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, processing and shipping of dry edible beans.
• Dump trucks during harvest and take appropriate samples.
• Assist with loading finish product into rail cars, bulk trucks, 2000# totes, or bags (50-110#).
• Take samples, inspect, and fill out documentation.
• Perform housekeeping and safety tasks per plant policies.
• Follow Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures and report hazards or malfunctions.
• Communicate with personnel to coordinate production.
• Operate process and load finish product as part of the team.
