Qualifications

• Hands-on welding experience using GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, or similar processes.
• Comfortable striking an arc, adjusting basic parameters, and evaluating weld quality.
• Comfortable inspecting torches, wire feed systems, gas, and coolant.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the BeamWELD system and perform welding trials.
• Assist in developing welding parameters for quality and productivity.
• Support customer training on machine operation and routine maintenance.

Skills

Hands-on welding experience

Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings

Mechanical aptitude and basic diagnostic skills
