Job summary
Saint Peter’s Health Care System is seeking an Epic Clinical Analyst Beacon Certified to build, configure, and optimize Epic clinical applications. You will partner with physicians, nurses, and operations to design solutions that improve patient safety and clinician experience while supporting day-to-day operations and upgrades.
The role requires Epic certification, a healthcare IT background, and strong collaboration and problem-solving skills to translate clinical needs into technical outcomes.
Qualifications
- Requires Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field (RN preferred but not required).
- Minimum 2 years in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or clinical operations supporting Epic.
- Experience with application support, troubleshooting, testing, and change management.
- Understanding of clinical workflows in assigned clinical module(s).
Responsibilities
- Build, configure, optimize, and support Epic clinical applications to enhance patient care and operations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and operational stakeholders to design and implement Epic solutions.
- Provide day-to-day application support and participate in upgrades and enhancements.
