Job summary

The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort is seeking a friendly Server & Bartender to join The Cottage’s outdoor food truck team. This hands-on role blends serving, bartending, and counter service during lunch and dinner, welcoming resort guests and local visitors, taking orders, preparing beverages, delivering food, and keeping service flowing with warmth and detail.

Sound judgment, dependable attendance, and ability to stay composed during busy periods.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and offer thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
Take accurate orders and communicate special requests and dietary needs to the culinary team.
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages according to resort standards.
Practice responsible alcohol service, including checking identification and monitoring consumption.
Deliver food and drinks, process payments, and respond to guest needs with care.
Keep the bar, service window, and surrounding guest areas clean, stocked, and inviting.
Work closely with teammates and move between responsibilities as business needs change.
