• Ensure pool, beach, and laundry facilities are clean and functional.
• Assist with concierge tasks and provide directions to local attractions.
• Relay accurate information on transportation and local life guards if needed.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain appearance of beach areas and equipment in good condition.
