Salon Sales Associate Position For Beach Bum Tanning

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our clients.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets in a commission-driven environment. Responsibilities include promoting our brand and services, maintaining professionalism, and building client relationships. This is a long-term position with opportunities for growth within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients and providing a welcoming experience.
• Assessing skin types and explaining tanning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the tanning area.
• Upselling products and providing personalized recommendations.
• Achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Building and maintaining client relationships.
• Keeping accurate records of client preferences and history.
• Opening and closing the salon as scheduled.
