Palmilla Beach Resort is looking for hardworking, enthusiastic, and customer service-focused individuals to join our team! We have full and part-time positions available, and all are able to accept tips!

Offering world-class amenities and nestled near the historic beach town of Port Aransas, Texas, Palmilla Beach incorporates the relaxed personality of a beach town with the beauty and elegance of a luxury resort.

We provide world-class customer service and strive to create perfect beach experiences for homeowners and guests, all with a smile.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Checking guests into our resort
2. Answering phones and e-mails
3. Working the Market
4. Maintenance/Break Down of set-ups on the beach
5. Leading different activities and events daily
6. Light food service to different areas on property
7. Creating the perfect resort and beach experience for our renters and homeowners

Skills required:

1. Previous experience with customer service
2. Highly responsible and reliable
3. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
4. Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues
5. TABC certified
6. Driver's License
7. Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States

Able to pull and drive a trailer
