Job summary

StruXure, under D5 Capital Holdings, is seeking experienced Installers to perform pergola and louvered roof installations as independent contractors (1099). You run your own business, provide your own crew, labor, tools, equipment, and transportation, and work with project managers to meet project timelines.

This role suits established outdoor living contractors with deck/patio, shade structure, or hardscape experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction, carpentry, deck/patio structures, or similar outdoor living installation.
• Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation.
• Valid business license and ability to provide a W-9; insurance requirements as outlined.

Responsibilities

• Install StruXure pergolas and louvered roof systems per project specs.
• Perform site prep, framing, mounting, electrical coordination (where applicable).
• Complete punch list, warranty, and corrective work.
• Coordinate scheduling with StruXure project team.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and follow OSHA standards.
