Job summary

StruXure is seeking experienced pergola and outdoor living installers to operate as a Subcontractor (1099). You bring your own crew, tools, and transportation, while collaborating with our project managers to meet schedules and quality standards.

Requirements include construction or outdoor living installation background, own tools, a valid business license, W-9, appropriate insurance, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or outdoor living installation.
• Own tools and reliable transportation.
• Valid business license (state/local).
• Ability to provide a completed W-9.
• General liability insurance: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate with StruXure/D5 named as Additional Insured.
• Auto liability insurance: $500,000 CSL for jobsite delivery or presence.
• Workers' Compensation coverage for workers you employ or IC status if solo.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong workmanship standards; ability to work independently to project specs.
• Willingness to execute a Subcontractor Agreement before starting.

Responsibilities

• Install StruXure pergolas and louvered roof systems per project specifications and manufacturer standards
• Perform site prep, framing, mounting, electrical coordination (as applicable), and finish work
• Complete punch list, warranty, and corrective work as needed
• Coordinate scheduling and sequencing with the StruXure project team
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and follow all applicable building codes and OSHA safety standards
• Supply your own labor, tools, equipment, and transportation to job sites
