The role emphasizes ongoing training, licensing support, and the potential to operate as an independent career agent after the initial training period, with commission-based income and broad benefits.

• Financial Support: Training subsidy available for eligible candidates during early stages.
• Resources & Tools: Access to experienced professionals and institutional knowledge, proven best practices, along with sales, prospecting, and marketing tools to help you attract and retain clients through web, social, and email content.
• Products & Solutions: New York Life and its subsidiaries offer a broad range of solutions, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance, and investment products such as mutual funds through NYLIFE Securities LLC (member FINRA and SIPC), a Licensed Insurance Agency.
