CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in Texarkana is seeking a BE/BC Psychiatrist to join an established outpatient practice. The position offers RVU-based compensation with a first-year income guarantee and a supportive referral network.

The outpatient team includes 2 MD Psychiatrists and one Behavioral Health NP. Schedule is Mon–Fri 8:00 to 3:30; there are no call requirements and opportunities to expand clinical interests.

Qualifications

• Texas license required at start of practice.
• Texas DEA registration required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join an established outpatient psychiatry practice with 2 MD psychiatrists and a Behavioral Health NP.
• RVU-based compensation with a first-year income guarantee.
• No call requirements and outpatient schedule, Mon–Fri 8:00–3:30.
• Develop clinical interests within a supportive, collegial environment.
