CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in Texarkana is seeking a BE/BC Rehabilitation Physician to join an established inpatient practice with growth potential. The role offers RVU-based compensation with an initial income guarantee and clinical autonomy.

There is leadership interest with potential to become Associate Medical Director of Rehabilitation Services; no fixed clinic hours and collaboration with a dedicated rehab team. EMG/NCS on site with limited procedures and injections expansion possible.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Texas license to practice medicine in Texas.
• Texas DEA registration in good standing.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Rehabilitation Medicine.
• Residents graduating soon encouraged to inquire for opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Join an established inpatient rehabilitation practice with room for growth.
• RVU-based compensation with an initial income guarantee.
• Collaborate with a dedicated rehabilitation team and hospital staff.
• No set clinic hours; cadence between clinic, rounds, and call.
• EMG and NCS diagnostics are performed on site with potential to expand injections.
