University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health is seeking a BE/BC plastic surgeon CAQ-eligible to build a long-term career in Maryland. Join an established community hospital-employed practice in a growing community in the mid-Atlantic with a focus on hand and wrist surgery.

The majority of the practice is elective/subacute hand surgery with opportunities in general plastic/cosmetic surgery depending on interest.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in plastic surgery.
• CAQ-eligible or CAQ-eligible for hand surgery.

Responsibilities

• Hand/wrist focus within a musculoskeletal center.
• Some hand-only call at the community hospital (not trauma).

Job description

University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health is seeking a BE/BC plastic surgeon who is CAQ-eligible to build a long-term career in Maryland. Join an established community hospital-employed practice in a growing community in the mid-Atlantic. We have an excellent relationship with orthopedic surgery to function within a larger musculoskeletal center and focus on hand/wrist. The majority of the practice is elective/subacute hand surgery with general plastic/cosmetic surgery opportunity depending on the candidate's interest. Academic affiliations are also available for those interested. There will be some hand-only call commitment at our community hospital (not a trauma center).
