Job summary

Ameriflight, LLC is seeking a Captain for Beechcraft Be99 based out of Presque Isle, ME (PQI). Flights typically operate five days per week, depart in the morning and return in the evening, with lodging provided at the outstation. Base salary is $76,503 annually.

Outstation based in PQI, operating to MHT, Mon–Fri evenings, with hotel provided in MHT. Averages 65 hours block per month. Eligible candidates must meet FAR 135 requirements and hold appropriate licenses and medical; US work

Qualifications

• Commercial pilot license multi-engine land with instrument rating and complex endorsements.
• First Class or Second Class Medical required; international operations require First Class.
• Instrument proficiency check or recurrent within past 6 months.
• Meet FAR 135.243(c) requirements for PIC in IFR conditions.
• TT/ PIC/ XC/ multi/ instrument/ night hour requirements as listed.

Requirements

• Must meet FAR 135.243(c) requirements for PIC in IFR conditions
• 1,200 TT, 500 PIC, 500 hours XC (defined at point to point), 50 multi, 75 hours instrument (50 must be in aircraft), 100 hours night
• Instrument Proficiency Check or 121/135 recurrent within past 6 months
• Commercial Pilot License multi-engine land with instrument rating, high performance and complex endorsements
• First Class or Second Class Medical (First Class required for international operations)
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Current Passport
• English Proficient
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and travel unrestricted in and out of the U.S.
• Must meet airport badging requirements, including a TSA Security background check
• May drive company provided vehicles - must have a valid Driver’s License and meet all company insurance criteria
