What You'll Do:
  1. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of BDRs/SDRs to generate and qualify high-quality leads.
  2. Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
  3. Set clear performance expectations and KPIs, ensuring team accountability.
  4. Optimize and refine outreach strategies, messaging, and cadences for prospecting efforts.
  5. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align on lead generation strategies and sales processes.
  6. Leverage CRM and sales enablement tools to track performance, optimize workflows, and improve efficiency.
  7. Monitor key metrics and provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
  8. Foster a culture of continuous learning, providing regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices to refine strategies.
  10. Work closely with the leadership team to scale and refine the BDR/SDR function to support company growth.
What You'll Bring:
  1. 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2+ years managing a BDR/SDR team.
  2. Proven track record of leading high-performing teams to exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
  3. Strong understanding of outbound prospecting strategies, including cold outreach, email sequences, and social selling.
  4. Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, etc.).
  5. Excellent coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills to inspire and develop a team.
  6. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize processes.
  7. Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS, Customer Experience, or Fintech is a plus.
  8. Knowledge of AI and Conversational AI technologies is a strong advantage.
  9. Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  10. Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about sales and team development.
