What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Generate new business within the NA region, focusing on player/customer support and community management solutions or game development
  2. Create a client base through content lead outreach campaigns and develop contact strategies
  3. Develop partnerships strategy and attend client meetings, presentations, and trade shows
  4. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and collaborate with delivery teams
  5. Identify and qualify prospective clients, provide assessments, and generate plans to close deals

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Experience selling customer services or adjacent services in the gaming industry
  2. Proven track record of exceeding targets and building strong client relationships
  3. Network of gaming industry contacts
  4. Effective time management and ability to work at senior executive contact levels
  5. Self-motivated and able to work remotely with a dedicated workspace

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience selling game co-development, art outsourcing, or other game service solutions
  2. Knowledge of player support, LQA, QA services
  3. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  4. Passion for gaming
  5. Organized individual with a passion for gaming
