Job description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive BDC Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications to schedule appointments, follow up with potential clients, and support the sales team in achieving dealership goals. This position will also be trained as a finance manager. Will learn to save, submit, and fund deals. Will learn to properly collect customer “stips.”

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to schedule sales appointments.
  • Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using established scripts and templates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or are no-shows.
  • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to appropriate dealership resources.
  • Collaborate with Finance Manager to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a call center environment preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • A pleasant and professional phone demeanor.
  • Must be able to communicate (verbal and written) in Spanish.
