Harrell’s Tire & Auto is seeking a skilled BDC Representative in Fayetteville, NC to drive customer communications and appointment scheduling. This role focuses on keeping service bays full while maintaining a positive, high-energy work environment.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound follow-up calls to customers after visits or service inquiries.
• Contact customers due or overdue for oil changes, inspections, or services.
• Book service appointments across multiple shop locations.
• Use CRM tools and shop software to track conversations and outcomes.
• Collaborate with managers to improve scripts and processes.
• Provide feedback to enhance BDC operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
