Harrell’s Tire & Auto is seeking a motivated BDC Representative to help keep our service bays full and customers satisfied. This frontline role focuses on outbound calls, appointment scheduling, and maintaining a positive, high-energy environment in a family-owned shop.

You’ll join a supportive team with training and opportunities to grow as we expand our BDC department, all while enjoying a balanced schedule with no nights or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound follow-up calls to customers after visits or service inquiries.
• Contact customers due or overdue for oil changes, inspections, or recommended services.
• Book service appointments efficiently across multiple shop locations.
• Use CRM tools and shop software to track conversations and appointment outcomes.
• Collaborate with managers and team members to improve scripts and processes.
• Provide feedback to enhance our growing BDC operations.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat tone to keep the workplace fun and energetic.
