Job summary

Reliable Chevrolet Springfield is seeking a friendly Body Shop Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers at the body shop in Springfield, MO. You will greet guests, answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with paperwork while delivering excellent service.

Representing a trusted automotive dealership, you will collaborate with service and sales teams, maintain a clean reception area, and help ensure a smooth customer experience supporting our body shop operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
