Job summary

TVS, an award-winning architecture and interior design firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA, seeks a talented Business Development Leader to join the Atlanta office. You will work closely with firm principals to strengthen national presence, lead pursuit strategies, and expand client networks across key markets.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in BD/marketing within architecture or professional services, strong relationship skills, and proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Deltek.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, architecture, management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business development, marketing, venue management, or related role within architecture, design, or professional services.
• Strong understanding of the commercial architecture and design industry.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and pipeline management tools (HubSpot, Deltek, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new project opportunities aligned with firm priorities and long-term market strategy.
• Develop and drive win strategies for active pursuits.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and industry collaborators.
• Lead client follow-up efforts and provide recommendations on pursuit decisions.
• Proactively identify new channels and pipelines across target sectors.
• Track proposal performance and gather feedback to improve outcomes.
• Represent TVS at industry events, conferences, and professional organizations.
