Job summary

Loxo is seeking a Logistics Specialist to lead Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Total Asset Management (TAM), and software tracker management. The role supports Office of Security leadership to keep mission-essential functions and assets ready through disruptions.

Requires a TS/SCI clearance, 6+ years in logistics, and hands-on experience with BCPs, TAM, and software licenses. Occasional CONUS travel to St. Louis/Arnold, MO is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years logistics experience, or 14 years total in lieu of degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph or the ability to obtain after start.
• Experience developing and maintaining BCPs and supporting senior leadership.
• Hands-on TAM experience through asset lifecycle, inventories, reconciliation.
• Experience managing software tracker and licenses, renewals, and compliance reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong data management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BCP documentation, including mission-essential functions and recovery priorities.
• Review and update the BCP annually and after major changes; plan exercises and report findings.
• Manage asset lifecycle including receipt, tagging, accountability, and disposition.
• Operate software tracker; reconcile with procurement/inventory and produce monthly reports.
• Coordinate with IT, security, facilities, and acquisition on logistics actions.
• Travel within CONUS ~twice a year, mainly to St. Louis and Arnold, MO.
