Job summary

Patterns-India® is seeking a BCF Spinning Operator in Cartersville, GA to oversee machine runability, quality checks, and housekeeping on spinning lines. You will ensure correct yarn paths, rethreading, and packaging of first-quality products while adhering to safety rules and environmental guidelines.

You will also train colleagues, monitor workmanship, and assist with changes during spin-pack operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks in a dynamic production area.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Safety Rules for Department and Entire Facility.
• Operate and manage BCF spinning machines and associated equipment.
• Ensure proper yarn path, threading, and winders; rethread as needed.
• Conduct online quality inspection of yarn and verify labels.
• Pack yarn correctly and label products with accurate information.
• Train new and existing operators and maintain machine cleanliness.
