Job summary

BK Behavior in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA to deliver ABA services to children and families across the state. This hybrid role allows remote work with one in-person visit per month.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, monitor progress, and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Nebraska licensure eligibility or willingness to obtain.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA Hybrid Nebraska

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA to provide Applied Behavior Analysis ABA services to children and families throughout Nebraska

This is a hybrid position allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in person visit per month

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure or willingness to obtain
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Compensation

Up to 90hourRates are negotiable based on experience
