Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services across Nebraska with a hybrid work arrangement. The role includes remote service delivery and one in-person visit per month.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and care teams. Nebraska licensure or eligibility is required, with support for additional state licensure as offered.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Nebraska licensure eligibility or willingness to obtain.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or a related field.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA to provide Applied Behavior Analysis ABA services to children and families throughout Nebraska

This is a hybrid position allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in person visit per month

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure or willingness to obtain
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Compensation

Up to 90hourRates are negotiable based on experience
