Job summary

You will supervise behavior technicians, collaborate with families, and document progress while aligning with ethical standards and professional guidelines. A Nebraska BCBA license is expected or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligibility or current licensure as a BCBA.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

Compensation

• Up to $80/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements
