Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across Nebraska. This hybrid role allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month.

Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress. Eligible Nebraska licensure is required or anticipated.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligible or currently holding licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services for autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Compensation

• Up to $80/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements
