Job summary

Compass Center, Inc. is a pediatric therapy agency seeking a BCBA to provide clinical direction and supervision for ABA programs. The role includes designing individualized plans, supervising RBTs and Case Managers, and coordinating case management with families.

You will contribute to data-driven care and uphold our values in a team-focused environment. Qualified candidates hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree with BCBA certification and are prepared for limited travel.

Qualifications

  • Master's or doctoral degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
  • BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Proven experience in behavior analysis and intervention techniques.
  • Ability to design and supervise ABA programs for clients.
  • Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and professional conduct in behavior analysis.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, families, and team members.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Limited travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Providing Clinical Direction: Conduct client assessments, write individualized behavior intervention plans, and guide Case Managers and RBTs.
  • Develop Individualized Plans for clients.
  • Supervision: ensure RBTs and Case Managers receive appropriate supervision as outlined by funders and BACB.
  • Case management and support staff coordination.
  • Client and family interaction and education.
  • Data analysis and quality assurance.
  • Upholds Compass Center, Inc. values.
