Compass Center, Inc. is a pediatric therapy agency dedicated to compassionate, high-standard care. We hire therapists who share our mission and provide a supportive, drama-free work environment with Clinical Directors who ensure you are respected, heard, seen, and valued.

We offer a $500 bonus after 6 months and another $500 after 12 months, plus pay DOE, 401K, travel and mileage reimbursement. Immediate hours available as we grow our multidisciplinary ABA team.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification as required.
• Proven experience in behavior analysis and intervention techniques.
• Ability to design and supervise ABA programs for clients.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and professional conduct in behavior analysis.
• Effective communication with clients, families, and team members.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Limited travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Providing Clinical Direction: Conducting client assessments, writing individualized behavior intervention plans, and offering expert guidance to the Case Managers and RBTs.
• Develop Individualized Plans.
• Supervision: Ensure RBTs and Case Managers receive appropriate supervision as outlined by the BACB and insurance funders.
• Case management.
• Support staff.
• Client and Family Interaction.
• Data Analysis.
• Quality Assurance.
