BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across Nebraska in a hybrid role with one required in-person visit per month. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and work with families to achieve meaningful progress.

The ideal candidate holds Nebraska licensure (or is willing to obtain it) and a Master's in a related field, with experience in autism/ developmental disabilities preferred.

Formación

• Eligible for Nebraska licensure or currently holding licensure (or willingness to obtain)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Compensation

• Up to $90/hour
• Rates is negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements
