BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families in Nebraska. The role is hybrid, with one required in-person visit per month and remote work most of the time.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress while maintaining documentation and ethical standards. Licensure in Nebraska or willingness to obtain is required.

• Eligible for Nebraska behavior analyst licensure or willing to obtain.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Compensation

• Up to $90/hour
• Rates is negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements
