Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across Nebraska. This hybrid role primarily remote with one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress. Eligible for Nebraska licensure as a BCBA; master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field preferred; prior ABA experience with autism is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Nebraska licensure as a BCBA or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Compensation

• Up to $90/hour
• Rates is negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
