Are you currently in your Masters program for ABA and will be pursuing your BCBA? Have you completed your Master's program and plan on sitting for your BCBA? If so, the BCBA Trainee position is for you!

The starting pay for this role is $52,000 annually.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to children diagnosed with ASD.
  • Assist clients with increasing independence, skill development, self-care, safety, sensory processing, communication, and other areas
  • Participate in family and caregiver training.
  • Provide observation and direction to direct care staff.

  • In a Masters Program for ABA OR have completed MA degree with intent to pursue your BCBA.
  • Ability to pass DHS background check
