Job summary

Behavioral Innovations (BI) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Remote Telehealth ABA services. You will provide supervision and therapy to children and families, with a strong emphasis on compassionate, evidence-based care.

The role is hybrid remote, based in Texas but open to national telehealth supervision. Expect travel about 25% for in-person supervision and ongoing professional development through internal CEUs and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• This role requires residing outside the Greater Houston area; TX candidates only.
• Must travel at least 25% monthly - one week per month for in-person supervision.
• Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification per BACB guidelines.
• Obtaining TX & OK LBA state licensure; reimbursement provided.
• Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable.
• Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA.
• Preferred: 2+ years of ABA telehealth experience.
• Preferred: Center-based, early intervention experience.
• Desired traits: collaborative, empathetic team-player.
