Qualifications

• Master's degree required.

• Licensed Behavior Analyst licensure (LBA) required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with individuals and their caregivers to develop and implement person-centered treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision for a caseload and direct oversight of a 4-member team.
• Conduct assessments and interventions in home, workplace, or community settings.
• Train caregivers to develop problem-solving and data-based decision-making skills.
• Coordinate care with other service providers and support efficient workflows.
