Job summary

Cortica is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid remote role in Tempe and surrounding areas. You will lead a transdisciplinary team, oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming, and supervise behavior technicians to deliver high-quality care while balancing clinical and administrative tasks.

The role offers a robust compensation package with a total earning potential of $94,164 to $115,275 plus bonuses, generous time off, CEU stipend, license reimbursement, 401(k)

Your Role and Impact

As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

Qualifications and Requirements:
