Cortica is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid remote role based in Danvers, MA. You will lead a transdisciplinary team, oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming, and supervise BTs while balancing clinical and administrative tasks.

The role offers an earning potential of $93,105–$116,738 plus two bonus opportunities, generous time off, CEU stipend, and comprehensive benefits. Telehealth is determined by the BCBA when clinically appropriate.

• BCBA Certification is required.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians is a plus.

Your Role and Impact

As a BCBA at Cortica,you’llplay a pivotal role in overseeingneurodiversity-affirmingclinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.You'lllead ateam of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmentaldifferences.
